This is our passion project. We take time to experiment recipes and methods as many times as we need in order to create our special parfaits.

Our parfaits are Japanese style, and we have one signature parfait each month.

Pre-order starts 15th of the month at noon for the next month. Pick-up date is usually the first Saturday of the month.

We use quality ingredients, like fresh fruits, Anita's organic flour, Avalon dairy, Japanese Uji-matcha, local free-run eggs etc. Ingredients vary month to month. We strive to use local and organic ingredients if possible. If you would like to know what our next parfait is click here
